Ingredients:

  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g turmeric, ground
  • 1 g dried rosemary
  • 1 g chili powder
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 500 g ground turkey meat
  • 200 g Avocado
  • 20 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 180 g tmato
  • 25 g spinach
  • 4 g Sea salt
  • 25 g Corn salad
  • 1 g basil, dry

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven with top and bottom heat to 180℃. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of peeled avocado sliced into pieces. Add 180 grams of peeled tomato sliced into pieces to the bowl with avocado. Set aside.
