Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 8 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 380 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 180 g spinach
  • 10 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 300 g Buckwheat groats, boiled

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 100 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 60 grams of soft butter cut into smaller pieces. Fry for 1 minute at 100°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
