Delicate dough for dumplings with a very aromatic filling based on spinach fried in butter with garlic and onion, with the addition of buckwheat groats and feta cheese.

Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 g chili flakes
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 8 g salt
- 60 g butter
- 380 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 180 g spinach
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
- 300 g Buckwheat groats, boiled
Method of cooking:
- Add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 100 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 60 grams of soft butter cut into smaller pieces. Fry for 1 minute at 100°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
