  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 6 g lemon peel
  • 30 g arugula
  • 30 g natural yoghurt
  • 1 g salt
  • 10 g Chives
  • 15 g Oil, olive
  • 10 g Dill
  • 120 g Salmon, smoked
  • 220 g Cheese spread natural
  • 70 g Crackers, NFS

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 70 grams of crackers, 30 grams of arugula, and 15 grams of olive oil to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
