Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 20 g hot chili pepper
  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 1 g sweet paprika
  • 300 g canned red beans
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 120 g Onion, raw
  • 20 g garlic
  • 150 g Pepper, red
  • 100 g canned corn
  • 70 g Oil, olive
  • 800 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 g Oregano, fresh

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl. Weigh 500 grams of ground beef in it. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Mix and set aside.
