Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g hot chili pepper
  • 500 g coconut milk
  • 5 g coriander leaves
  • 30 g sugar, brown
  • 10 g shallots
  • 30 g ginger root
  • 15 g lime juice
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 30 g lemongrass
  • 10 g kaffir lime leaves
  • 200 g milled pork meat
  • 15 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 150 g tmato
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 100 g Oil, olive
  • 30 g fish sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Preparation of meatballs. Add 30g of cleaned shallot, cut into smaller pieces, 2 cloves of garlic, 10g of cleaned ginger, cut into smaller pieces, and 5g of fresh coriander into the bowl. Cut for 10s at speed 10. Add 200g of minced beef and 200g of minced pork, 50g of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of salt and ½ tablespoon of ground black pepper. Mix the mixture for 1 minute at speed 10 reverse rotation, then 1 minute at speed 15 reverse rotation. If you think that the mixture is not well mixed, go back and repeat this step, or use the spatula to mix.
