Ingredients:
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 200 g Lemon
- 18 g salt
- 160 g butter
- 1000 g Peas, green, raw
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 800 g Rainbow trout, raw
Method of cooking:
- Add 30g of olive oil to a heated pan with medium heat and grill the trout fillets first from the skin side. After a few minutes, turn it over and complete the grilling on the other side, so that the fish is cooked but still juicy.
