  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 200 g Lemon
  • 18 g salt
  • 160 g butter
  • 1000 g Peas, green, raw
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 800 g Rainbow trout, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 30g of olive oil to a heated pan with medium heat and grill the trout fillets first from the skin side. After a few minutes, turn it over and complete the grilling on the other side, so that the fish is cooked but still juicy.
