  • 300 g Cottage cheese
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 30 g Linen seeds
  • 150 g Rolled oats
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 70 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 70 g Sunflower seeds, dried

Method of cooking:
