- 300 g Cottage cheese
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 30 g Linen seeds
- 150 g Rolled oats
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 70 g Pumpkin seeds
- 70 g Sunflower seeds, dried
Method of cooking:
