Ingredients:
- 950 g water
- 45 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 300 g wheat flour, type 550
- 100 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 15 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 200 g strawberries
- 25 g Oil, rapeseed
- 200 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of water, 15 grams of crumbled fresh yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 50°C at a speed of 4 rotations.
