Ingredients:

  • 950 g water
  • 45 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 100 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 15 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 25 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 200 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of water, 15 grams of crumbled fresh yeast, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the bowl. Heat for 1 minute at 50°C at a speed of 4 rotations.
