Ingredients:
- 950 g water
- 12 g hot chili pepper
- 10 g coriander leaves
- 40 g soy sauce
- 15 g ginger root
- 100 g onion spring
- 400 g grey shrimp
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 150 g Rice flour
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 120 g leek
- 15 g Oil, rapeseed
- 15 g pasta red curry
- 20 g fish sauce
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl, place a bowl and weigh 150 grams of rice flour and 200 grams of wheat flour. Add 150 grams of water to the bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 80°C.
