Ingredients:

  • 950 g water
  • 12 g hot chili pepper
  • 10 g coriander leaves
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 15 g ginger root
  • 100 g onion spring
  • 400 g grey shrimp
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 150 g Rice flour
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 120 g leek
  • 15 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g pasta red curry
  • 20 g fish sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the bowl, place a bowl and weigh 150 grams of rice flour and 200 grams of wheat flour. Add 150 grams of water to the bowl. Heat for 2 minutes at 80°C.
