- 20 g lemon peel
- 8 g baking powder
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 160 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 35 g lemon juice
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g wheat flour, type 550
- 140 g milk, 2.0% fat
- 160 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 80 g Oil, rapeseed
