Turkey with spinach and vegetables
Steamed turkey with lots of vegetables is a light and filling meal. The mixed vegetables, including tomatoes, courgettes and spinach, are a great source of fibre.

Ingredients:
- 800 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 g oregano
- 50 g dried tomatoes
- 200 g Squash-summer, raw
- 10 g Oil, linseed
- 30 g Pumpkin seeds
- 100 g spinach
- 10 g Oil, olive
- 150 g Turkey, breast, without skin
- 5 g Sea salt
- 2 g basil, dry
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl and weigh 150 grams of turkey breast, washed, dried, and cut into smaller fillets. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 pinch of sea salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1 pinch of turmeric to the bowl with the turkey. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
