Ingredients:

  • 800 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g turmeric, ground
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 g oregano
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 200 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 10 g Oil, linseed
  • 30 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g spinach
  • 10 g Oil, olive
  • 150 g Turkey, breast, without skin
  • 5 g Sea salt
  • 2 g basil, dry

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl and weigh 150 grams of turkey breast, washed, dried, and cut into smaller fillets. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of basil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 pinch of sea salt, 1 pinch of pepper, and 1 pinch of turmeric to the bowl with the turkey. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate.
