Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 g chili flakes
- 8 g garlic
- 5 g lemon juice
- 500 g Pepper, red
- 30 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven with top and bottom heat to 220°C. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of washed and dried red peppers. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and roast for 30 minutes. After roasting, place the peppers in a container or bag and let them cool to make peeling easier.
