Ingredients:
- 300 g Cottage cheese
- 5 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 300 g Wheat flour, type 500
- 30 g Pumpkin seeds
- 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 50 g Cheese, Gouda, fat
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl, reset the scale and weigh 50 grams of grated Gouda cheese (or another favourite cheese). Set aside.
