Ingredients:

  • 300 g Cottage cheese
  • 5 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 300 g Wheat flour, type 500
  • 30 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 50 g Cheese, Gouda, fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl, reset the scale and weigh 50 grams of grated Gouda cheese (or another favourite cheese). Set aside.
