Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g shallots
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 350 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 40 g butter
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 200 g whole wheat pasta

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 350 grams of washed and chopped zucchini and 1 teaspoon of salt. Chop for 40 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to the basket and set aside for about 15 minutes until the zucchini releases water. Perform the next steps using the device.
