Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g shallots
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g mascarpone
- 10 g fresh basil
- 1 g chili flakes
- 350 g Squash-summer, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 40 g butter
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 200 g whole wheat pasta
Method of cooking:
- Add 350 grams of washed and chopped zucchini and 1 teaspoon of salt. Chop for 40 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the contents to the basket and set aside for about 15 minutes until the zucchini releases water. Perform the next steps using the device.
