  • 70 g coconut oil
  • 80 g water
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 500 g canned red beans
  • 4 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 2 g vanilla extract
  • 15 g xylitol
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 50 g Hazelnuts
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g banana
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 72 g Cocoa, powder

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃ with top and bottom heat.
