Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 10 g lovage
  • 2 g sweet paprika
  • 100 g vegetable broth
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 25 g butter
  • 150 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 200 g whole wheat pasta

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of whole wheat pasta. Set aside. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, drain the pasta. Do not rinse with cold water.
