Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 8 g baking powder
- 300 g raspberries
- 360 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 40 g Pudding in powder
- 420 g chicken eggs, whole
- 800 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
- 30 g cocoa, powder
- 20 g potato starch
- 320 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Separate the whites from the yolks of 4 eggs. Add the egg whites to the bowl, insert the whisk. Beat for 3 minutes at a speed of 5 rotations. Transfer the foam to a small bowl and set aside. Wash and dry the bowl.
