  • 8 g baking powder
  • 300 g raspberries
  • 360 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 40 g Pudding in powder
  • 420 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 800 g Yoghurt, 2% fat
  • 30 g cocoa, powder
  • 20 g potato starch
  • 320 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks of 4 eggs. Add the egg whites to the bowl, insert the whisk. Beat for 3 minutes at a speed of 5 rotations. Transfer the foam to a small bowl and set aside. Wash and dry the bowl.
