Ingredients:

  • 30 g water
  • 70 g peanut butter
  • 180 g cashews
  • 300 g chilled condensed milk
  • 280 g condensed coconut milk
  • 10 g gelatine
  • 70 g honey
  • 330 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
  • 90 g Chocolate, milk
  • 10 g Cocoa, powder
  • 150 g Skyr natural

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the bowl, place a bowl and weigh 330 grams of coconut flakes. Transfer the flakes to a dry pan and toast over low heat until golden, stirring constantly. Transfer the toasted flakes to the bowl and set aside.
