Ingredients:
- 30 g water
- 70 g peanut butter
- 180 g cashews
- 300 g chilled condensed milk
- 280 g condensed coconut milk
- 10 g gelatine
- 70 g honey
- 330 g Shredded coconut meat, dried
- 90 g Chocolate, milk
- 10 g Cocoa, powder
- 150 g Skyr natural
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl, place a bowl and weigh 330 grams of coconut flakes. Transfer the flakes to a dry pan and toast over low heat until golden, stirring constantly. Transfer the toasted flakes to the bowl and set aside.
