Ingredients:
- 50 g water
- 800 g water
- 1 g oregano
- 60 g Onion, raw
- 100 g Squash-summer, raw
- 100 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 80 g Rolled oats
- 50 g spinach
- 100 g broccoli, green, raw
- 100 g Cauliflower
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 50 g celeriac
- 15 g parsley leaves
- 40 g Oatmeal, wholegrain, gluten-free
- 1 g basil, dry
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 80 grams of rolled oats. Add 50 grams of boiling water to the bowl with the oats, stir, and set aside.
