  • 1 g oregano
  • 60 g Onion, raw
  • 100 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 80 g Rolled oats
  • 50 g spinach
  • 100 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 100 g Cauliflower
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 50 g celeriac
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 40 g Oatmeal, wholegrain, gluten-free
  • 1 g basil, dry

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 80 grams of rolled oats. Add 50 grams of boiling water to the bowl with the oats, stir, and set aside.
