Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g red onion
  • 1 g hot paprika powder
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 50 g pickled dried tomatoes
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 200 g Bread crumbs
  • 150 g spinach
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 300 g Buckwheat groats, boiled

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves, 100 grams of red onion (peeled and cut into smaller pieces), and 100 grams of sun-dried tomatoes (cut into smaller pieces) to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
