Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 50 g arugula
  • 70 g Avocado
  • 10 g chives
  • 15 g lemon juice
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 30 g almonds, sweet
  • 20 g mustard
  • 150 g asparagus, raw
  • 35 g Oil, olive
  • 3 g Sea salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 50 grams of arugula, add 70 grams of avocado, peeled and sliced, and 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds and set aside.
