Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g dried thyme
- 50 g arugula
- 70 g Avocado
- 10 g chives
- 15 g lemon juice
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 30 g almonds, sweet
- 20 g mustard
- 150 g asparagus, raw
- 35 g Oil, olive
- 3 g Sea salt
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 50 grams of arugula, add 70 grams of avocado, peeled and sliced, and 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds and set aside.
