- 100 g Rolled oats
- 60 g Hazelnuts
- 15 g honey
- 200 g Skyr natural
- 200 g protein pudding
Method of cooking:
- Add 60 grams of hazelnuts to the mixing bowl. Chop for 12 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
