Ingredients:

  • 30 g almond flakes
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 20 g raspberries
  • 100 g Rolled oats
  • 60 g Hazelnuts
  • 15 g honey
  • 200 g Skyr natural
  • 200 g protein pudding

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 60 grams of hazelnuts to the mixing bowl. Chop for 12 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
