Ingredients:

  • 90 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 130 g butter
  • 350 g strawberries
  • 170 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C with top–bottom heat setting. On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and add 350 grams of strawberries, washed, dried, stalk removed and cut into smaller pieces. Arrange the fruit evenly in four butter-greased round ramekins and set aside.
