Ingredients:
- 90 g sugar
- 2 g salt
- 130 g butter
- 350 g strawberries
- 170 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with top–bottom heat setting. On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and add 350 grams of strawberries, washed, dried, stalk removed and cut into smaller pieces. Arrange the fruit evenly in four butter-greased round ramekins and set aside.
