Ingredients:
- 10 g vanilla extract
- 10 g sugar
- 1 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 350 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 30 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 300 g strawberries
- 50 g clarified butter
- 470 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 300 grams of strawberries, washed, dried, and hulled, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 5 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations. Using a spatula, transfer the contents to a bowl and set aside.
