Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g chili powder
- 12 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 60 g butter
- 50 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 200 g spinach
- 50 g Pork, ham cooked
Method of cooking:
- Add 3 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 60 grams of soft butter cut into small pieces. Fry for 1 minute at 105°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
