Ingredients:

  • 1 g chili powder
  • 12 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 200 g spinach
  • 50 g Pork, ham cooked

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Add 60 grams of soft butter cut into small pieces. Fry for 1 minute at 105°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
