Ingredients:
- 1 g white pepper
- 40 g red onion
- 1 g oregano
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 3 g salt
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 10 g Oil, olive
- 100 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C with convection (top and bottom heat). Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 40 grams of red onion cut into feathers. Add 50 grams of bacon cut into smaller pieces and 100 grams of gorgonzola cheese to the bowl with onion and set aside.
