Ingredients:
- 1 g oregano
- 3 g granulated garlic
- 50 g pecorino romano
- 1 g chili flakes
- 300 g Squash-summer, raw
- 1 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 50 g wheat rolls “Kajzerki”
- 20 g Oil, olive
- 100 g wheat flour 450
- 1 g basil, dry
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 300 grams of zucchini washed, dried, and cut into sticks similar in size to fries, add 1 pinch of salt, mix, and set aside. Preheat the oven with top and bottom heat to 180°C.
