Ingredients:

  • 4 g hot paprika powder
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 2 g chili flakes
  • 400 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 2 g salt
  • 120 g Oil, olive
  • 15 g Dill
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 3 g Sea salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 400 grams of zucchini cut into 2 cm slices into it. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, and optionally 1 teaspoon of hot paprika to the bowl with zucchini, mix, and set aside for about 30 minutes.
