Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g hot chili pepper
- 2 g hot paprika powder
- 2 g sweet paprika
- 1 g chili flakes
- 100 g vegetable stock - CVR
- 10 g agave syrup
- 12 g garlic
- 50 g butter
- 20 g Oil, sesame
- 10 g Sesame seeds
- 300 g String-beans, raw
- 25 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 200 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
- 40 g miso paste
Method of cooking:
- Place the basket on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and add 300 grams of yellow beans with ends trimmed. Wash the beans in the basket thoroughly and set aside.
