Ingredients:
- 800 g water
- 2 g white pepper
- 30 g leek
- 10 g Oil, olive
- 300 g celeriac
- 400 g Salmon, raw
- 80 g Potato, long stored
- 5 g Sea salt
- 30 g clarified butter
- 50 g Corn salad
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place the cooking basket. Reset the scale and weigh 300 grams of celery, peeled, washed, and cut into smaller pieces. Add 80 grams of peeled, washed, and chopped potatoes to the basket. Set aside.
