  • 200 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g red onion
  • 4 g sweet paprika
  • 100 g dried tomatoes
  • 5 g sugar
  • 100 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 100 g Pepper, red
  • 40 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 40 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 15 g parsley leaves
  • 200 g tomato passata
  • 400 g wheat flour 450
  • 1 g basil, dry

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 400 grams of type 00 flour (or type 450), 30 grams of oil, 40 grams of fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Add 200 grams of warm water. Knead for 3 minutes. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a bowl greased with 1 tablespoon of oil, cover with a cloth, and set aside.
