  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 100 g Cauliflower
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 5 g parsley leaves
  • 10 g clarified butter

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 garlic cloves, 60 grams of shallots peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 5 grams of parsley without stems, cut every 3 cm, to the bowl.
