Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 60 g shallots
- 1 g chili flakes
- 8 g garlic
- 2 g salt
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g Cauliflower
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 5 g parsley leaves
- 10 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 garlic cloves, 60 grams of shallots peeled and cut into smaller pieces, and 5 grams of parsley without stems, cut every 3 cm, to the bowl.
