Fish with Vegetables almost Greek-style
Delicate cod breaded in sesame with the addition of tomato, intensely vegetable sauce with celery, sweet carrot, and parsley root.

Ingredients:
- 200 g water
- 2 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 1 g bay leaf
- 2 g turmeric, ground
- 15 g lemon peel
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 400 g Carrot
- 25 g lemon juice
- 1000 g Cod, raw
- 80 g Oil, olive
- 70 g Sesame seeds
- 200 g celeriac
- 80 g parsley root
- 90 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 50 g clarified butter
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 1000 grams of cod divided into smaller pieces into it. Add 50 grams of olive oil, juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the bowl with cod. Mix everything thoroughly. Add 70 grams of sesame seeds, mix thoroughly, and set aside.
