- 1 g turmeric, ground
- 250 g coconut milk
- 1 g cardamom
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 70 g Pear
- 50 g Rolled oats
- 80 g banana
- 3 g Cocoa, powder
Method of cooking:
- Add 80 grams of peeled banana cut into smaller pieces and 70 grams of peeled pear cut into smaller pieces.
