Ingredients:

  • 4 g baking powder
  • 50 g powdered sugar CVR
  • 5 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 g salt
  • 10 g lemon juice
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 140 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 80 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 70 g Chocolate, white
  • 250 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C with convection. Prepare a muffin tin, line with paper liners or grease with oil. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of strawberries without hulls, washed, dried, and cut into smaller pieces, and set aside.
