Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g oregano
- 10 g ginger root
- 10 g fresh basil
- 1 g cayenne pepper
- 1 g dried thyme
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 300 g Squash-summer, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 200 g Potato, long stored
- 300 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 g Sea salt
- 30 g clarified butter
- 100 g Corn salad
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 garlic cloves, 100 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces, 10 grams of fresh ginger peeled and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
