  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 1 g cayenne pepper
  • 1 g dried thyme
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 300 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 200 g Potato, long stored
  • 300 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
  • 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 g Sea salt
  • 30 g clarified butter
  • 100 g Corn salad

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 garlic cloves, 100 grams of onion peeled and cut into smaller pieces, 10 grams of fresh ginger peeled and cut into smaller pieces. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
