Ingredients:

  • 1600 g water
  • 1 g allspice
  • 80 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaves
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 40 g lemon juice
  • 200 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 300 g beetroot, raw
  • 180 g tmato
  • 400 g Cabbage, white
  • 30 g Dill
  • 50 g celeriac
  • 70 g parsley root
  • 300 g medium potatoes
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 250 g canned white beans

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup. Weigh 300 grams of peeled beets grated on the large holes of a grater into the bowl. Set the bowl aside.
