Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 70 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 2 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 200 g spinach
  • 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 800 g Potato, young

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 grams of Parmesan cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Using the spatula, transfer the cheese to a small bowl and set aside. Add 1000 grams of water to the bowl. Place the first and second floor of the steamer on the lid of the mixing bowl. Weigh 800 grams of small, new, thoroughly scrubbed potatoes on the second floor. Cook for 30 minutes at 120°C at a speed of 4 rotations.
