Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 12 g garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 150 g spinach
  • 450 g Potato, long stored

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 grams of water to the bowl. Place the first floor of the steamer on the lid of the mixing bowl and add 3 large potatoes, thoroughly scrubbed and cut lengthwise in half. Cook for 50 minutes at 130°C at a speed of 4 rotations. Place the steamer on the inverted lid and set aside to cool. During this time, prepare the filling.
