Ingredients:
- 25 g coconut oil
- 150 g coconut milk
- 1 g ground cinnamom
- 10 g chia seeds
- 60 g instant rice flakes
- 150 g banana
- 15 g Chocolate, bitter
- 3 g coconut sugar
- 20 g coconut mousse
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of banana peeled and cut in half. Sprinkle the banana with 1 pinch of cinnamon, fry in a non-stick pan and set aside.
