Ingredients:

  • 25 g coconut oil
  • 150 g coconut milk
  • 1 g ground cinnamom
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 60 g instant rice flakes
  • 150 g banana
  • 15 g Chocolate, bitter
  • 3 g coconut sugar
  • 20 g coconut mousse

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 150 grams of banana peeled and cut in half. Sprinkle the banana with 1 pinch of cinnamon, fry in a non-stick pan and set aside.
