Ingredients:
- 1500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 80 g Carrot
- 12 g salt
- 100 g Rice white polished
- 100 g butter
- 50 g celeriac
- 30 g parsley leaves
- 70 g parsley root
- 200 g medium potatoes
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 200 grams of peeled potatoes cut into 1 cm cubes into it and set aside.
