Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g mozzarella
- 70 g dried tomatoes
- 80 g Onion, raw
- 150 g Squash-summer, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 285 g butter
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g fat curd
- 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 100 g cream, 30% fat
- 200 g wheat flour 450
- 100 g smoked bacon
Method of cooking:
- Add 80 grams of Parmesan to the bowl. Grind for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a small bowl using the spatula and set aside.
