Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 70 g dried tomatoes
  • 80 g Onion, raw
  • 150 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 8 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 285 g butter
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 200 g fat curd
  • 80 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 100 g cream, 30% fat
  • 200 g wheat flour 450
  • 100 g smoked bacon

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 grams of Parmesan to the bowl. Grind for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the contents of the bowl to a small bowl using the spatula and set aside.
