Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g white pepper
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 120 g steamed smoked bacon
- 80 g dried tomatoes
- 12 g garlic
- 4 g salt
- 50 g butter
- 200 g spinach
- 30 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 150 g cream, 30% fat
- 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on top of the lid without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of chicken breast cut into smaller pieces. Season with 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper. Wrap each piece of chicken in a thin slice of bacon.
