  • 15 g salt
  • 20 g garlic
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 100 g chives
  • 100 g Pepper, red
  • 10 g Oil, sesame
  • 200 g Cabbage, white
  • 50 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 10 g Sesame seeds
  • 30 g Dark soy sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl and weigh 200 grams of dry "chow mein" noodles into it.
