Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 80 g broth paste - CVR
  • 6 g marjoram
  • 7 g hot chili pepper
  • 130 g Onion, raw
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g butter
  • 180 g Pepper, red
  • 150 g Torun sausage
  • 100 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 300 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
  • 400 g Potato, long stored
  • 10 g parsley leaves
  • 100 g tomato paste 30%, canned
  • 15 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of butter, 300 grams of bacon cut into cubes, 150 grams of sausage cut into cubes to the bowl. Fry for 15 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 1 reverse rotation.
