Ingredients:
- 10 g lemon peel
- 16 g baking powder

- 160 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole

- 200 g Chocolate, white
- 375 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add 200 grams of white chocolate broken into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the chocolate to a small bowl and set aside.
