- 10 g lemon peel
- 16 g baking powder
- 125 g powdered sugar
- 250 g raspberries
- 1 g salt
- 160 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 375 g Milk, 2.0% fat
- 200 g Chocolate, white
- 375 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add 200 grams of white chocolate, broken into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the chocolate to a bowl and set aside.
