  • 10 g lemon peel
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 g salt
  • 160 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 375 g Milk, 2.0% fat
  • 200 g Chocolate, white
  • 375 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add 200 grams of white chocolate, broken into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the chocolate to a bowl and set aside.
