Ingredients:

  • 230 g blueberries
  • 16 g baking powder
  • 125 g powdered sugar CVR
  • 1 g salt
  • 160 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 375 g milk, 2.0% fat
  • 375 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add 375 grams of milk and 2 eggs to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl and set aside.
