Ingredients:
- 230 g blueberries
- 16 g baking powder
- 125 g powdered sugar CVR
- 1 g salt
- 160 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 375 g milk, 2.0% fat
- 375 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- All ingredients should be at room temperature. Add 375 grams of milk and 2 eggs to the bowl. Mix for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl and set aside.
