This salad is a combination of June vegetables with delicate, smoked chicken meat. It will be an excellent snack as well as a light dish for hot days.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 10 g lemon peel
- 3 g salt
- 50 g lemon juice
- 500 g broad beans, raw
- 30 g mustard
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 50 g honey
- 30 g Dill
- 500 g Potato, young
- 300 g smoked chicken breast
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Weigh 500 grams of scrubbed, young, small or medium potatoes in their jackets in the bowl. Set the bowl aside.
