Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g lemon peel
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g lemon juice
  • 500 g broad beans, raw
  • 30 g mustard
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 50 g honey
  • 30 g Dill
  • 500 g Potato, young
  • 300 g smoked chicken breast

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the mixing bowl lid. Weigh 500 grams of scrubbed, young, small or medium potatoes in their jackets in the bowl. Set the bowl aside.
