  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 10 g ground ginger
  • 10 g chili peppers
  • 200 g duck meat
  • 50 g lime juice
  • 30 g rice vinegar
  • 30 g oyster sauce
  • 400 g makaron Udon
  • 20 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 50 g chives
  • 200 g Pepper, red
  • 20 g Oil, sesame
  • 200 g Cabbage, white
  • 60 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 10 g Sesame seeds
  • 20 g Dark soy sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl. Weigh 50 grams of scallions cut into 5-cm pieces and set aside.
